- After authorization, you’ll be returned to Wakflo

For platforms that use API keys:

Managing Integrations
Connection Status
Monitor the health of your integrations from the Integrations dashboard:
- Active - Connection is working properly
- Warning - Connection may have issues or requires attention
- Error - Connection is broken and needs to be fixed
- Expired - Authentication has expired and needs renewal
Reconnecting
If a connection becomes invalid:
- Go to the Integrations page
- Find the integration with issues
- Click “Reconnect” and follow the authentication steps
Permissions Management
Control what each integration can access:
- Go to the integration’s detail page
- Review the current permissions
- Modify permissions as needed (may require re-authentication)
Changing permissions may affect existing workflows that depend on specific access levels.
Troubleshooting
Common integration issues and their solutions:
Authentication Errors
- Expired tokens: Reconnect the integration
- Invalid credentials: Verify API keys or passwords
- Permission issues: Ensure proper permissions are granted
Rate Limiting
- Most platforms impose API rate limits
- Wakflo intelligently manages these limits, but high-volume operations may be throttled
- Consider upgrading to platforms’ higher-tier API access for increased limits
Data Synchronization Issues
- Check if the platform’s API is experiencing issues
- Verify that required webhooks are properly configured
- Ensure your account with the platform is in good standing
Creating Custom Integrations
If you need to connect with a platform we don’t support yet:
- Use our Webhook integration to receive data from any system
- Utilize the HTTP actions to send data to external APIs
- For more complex needs, consider building a custom integration
